Offered for Bids is my personal 1996 SUBARU LEGACY WAGON. I have owned this vehicle for 11 years. It has 230,895 miles on it. I bought it with 110K. I added another 120K. It will probably do another 100K+ with care and maintenance. PENNSYLVANIA INSPECTED LAST WEEK...good through May 2016. I drive it practically every day. Mileage will increase modestly till it's sold. VERY Decent Body, Decent Interior, Please see pictures. AC and Heating work great. Power windows and power locks all functional. Cassette player and all speakers work, one control knob is missing. LOCAL PICKUP ONLYHarrisburg, PA I am selling to move up to an automatic transmission. I have been selling books, records and media on eBay for over 15 Years, check out my feedback. I am NOT a car dealer or mechanically inclined. I get this car serviced and maintained by local trusted professionals. Notes: • The stick shift is a bit loose or "sloppy". This does not affect the transmission engagement. I have been driving it like this for 2+ years. It shifts easily into all gears. The gears engage and hold. Someone with savvy mechanical ability could tighten that up, if it is an issue with the new owner. See video for demo. • Once or twice a month the Check Engine light comes on. This usually occurs after sustained high stress times like intense and lengthy acceleration or prolonged steep uphill driving. The check engine light comes on, and goes off by the next day. I have been driving with this for well over 4 years. It has always passed PA State Inspection. I usually don't drive in high stress situations and it has not been issue for me. For day-to-day driving, it has been a great vehicle. • Headlight lenses have a bit of age/haze, can use a polishing. • 1 inch rust spot on left rear wheel well (see pix) The Only rust I see. • Cigarette lighter socket does not work.
