Here is a 1990 First generation Cummins 12 valve Power Ram 350, dually, that is a really nice truck. To get all the questions and particulars out of the way, here is the mechanics of it. Cummins 12 Valve 239k original miles. Vales were set @ 197K miles. Runs awesome, no blow by. no hesitation pure torque & power. Transmission was rebuilt w/steel lock-ups and RDI Converter @ 180K miles. Shifts tight, and smooth. The gentleman I bought it from was a retired Cummins mechanic and treated her right. The Dana 70 is tight and free from noise, u joints were replaced @ 180K with tranny This thing is a pulling monster and still gets 22MPG! New tie rod ends and shocks up front @ 220K, tires I would guess at 80%, and wheels are the polished stainless steel, not the cheap chrome snap on ones. Interior is ok, but could use a deep cleaning, would probably look nice after that. Typical headliner sag going on too, but not all ripped up. The seat is still nice, and not worn out, just needs cleaned along with the carpet. There is a lot of life left in this truck and she is ready to go with no major issues to mention. Fluids have been changed, and when you just start to turn the key she pops right off. Lights and gauges function as they should. No disappointments here.
