This car has been in my family since new, garage kept until 2012. NJ inspection valid until 11/2016. 1993 Buick LeSabre Custom82,203 miles3.8 litre 6 cylinderDark Green Beige Cloth Interior Recently put on 2 new front tires, brakes, front calipers, rear pads and rear drums replaced in March, and new battery 6 months ago (sears heavy duty). Car always starts right up, legendary 3.8 engine runs smooth and is extremely dependable. The car rides and drives well. The exterior has some scratches and door dings as you would expect from a car this age, but is in good condition. Interior is in excellent shape, no tears or rips, just needs to be cleaned. I would have kept it forever, but I hit a deer, causing body damage to hood, fender, grill, front lights and windshield. I replaced the headlight so I could drive it, but I am not able to fix the rest myself. There is a slight leak in the master cylinder gasket, and what I believe is a broken tie rod on driver’s side. These are all the known issues. All other parts are in good condition and work properly, including air conditioning and am/fm radio w/cassette. This car could be fixed and would be valued by Kelly Blue Book around $2,500.00, or the car would be excellent for parts. The car runs and could be driven very carefully to close by destination, but should not be driven far because of tie rod issue.
