Vehicle Detail
1968 Plymouth Roadrunner === Built 440 with factory 4 speed car. Drives great and runs strong SORRY FOR CANCELING PREVIOUS AUCTION EVERYONE...BUYER ON ONE OF MY OTHER CARS FELL THRU, SO THIS ONES BACK UP TOO I HAVE FOUR CARS FOR SALE IF ONE OF OTHERS SELL BEFORE I HAVE A BID ON THIS ONE I WILL END AND NOT SALE....I WILL NOT END or CANCEL AUCTION IF HAVE A BID...... SO IF YOU LIKE/WANT THIS BIRD BETTER BID EARLY Hinged Fiberglass six pack hood 8 3/4 posi rear end with 390 gears MSD ignition long tube headers with new exhaust with series 40 mufflers New mechanical fuel pump New mini high tourqe starter New chrome one wire alternator New hoses & belts New intake New brakes and tires New carpet and seat covering interior needs finished out have new headliner in trunk, driver side of bench seat need foam rebuilt New 3 row aluminum radiator New shocks, leaf springs, sway bar kits New battery All listed items New scince I've owned car not meaning just put on. All been in last 3 to 4 years. haven't put no more than 4000 miles while ive owned it When had carpet out I sealed floor pan only had one quarter size hole in drivers side floor not a spot anywhere else. Trunk pan is in perfect shape as well no rust. Car has a Lakewood bellhousing on it as well. Clutch works great when you let off pedel you know it. The guy that built engine ran a garage before he passed away and I believe he was building it to race with all the performance items he put on it. It has a line lock on it, he put a chain on drivers side engine block (old school safety) has new engine mounts as well. I know engine was done for sure (I've built a few motors over the years) as when I put new aluminum intake on engine clean as new also seen has a mopar purple cam in it, new lifters, push rods. Also talked to few mopar guys in my area that know the car. This car starts fine everytime and I don't even have choke cable on it yet. Everything on this car works lights, horn, wipers, etc. I would not hesitate driving across country if had gas truck with me LOL..Car needs some bodywork and paint as see in pics. quarter panel lips were cut at some time for larger tires, can see rust starting under paint at front and rear windshield corners and on door bottems as well. This car finished out can be worth more than double my price. I hate selling it but have issues come up that need to move it out one or other of my toys. Any ?s just ask will answer what I can. Car is great but is nearly 50 years old so being "SOLD AS IS"....NO TRADES..... NO BEST OFFERS...MY STARTING PRICE IS BOTTOM DOLLAR... Buyer responsiabe for pick up or shipping. I will help anyway I can. I HAVE FOUR CARS FOR SALE AND IF I SALE ONE OF OTHERS FIRST AND NO BIDS ON THIS ONE IT WILL END AND NOT BE SOLD...IF HAS A BID IT WILL SELL I WILL NOT END OR CANCEL EARLY IF I HAVE BIDDER..SO BID EARLY IF YOU WANT A GREAT RUNNING CAR...Thanks for looking
