You are bidding on an Original, 1971 Karmann Ghia VW. This is a complete automobile that will need restoration. It has been in storage for many years. Sorry for the limited photos, but I did not have the ability to push it out to get more pics. There is some rust to be noted. This is a project car and NOT a turn-key automobile. I want you to know this so that when you ask questions, they are reasonable questions for the status of this car. This automobile will need to be trailered to your destination. I have not had it running. I want to make sure that you understand that this car needs a complete restoration. I will be happy to answer reasonable questions that you may have. Please send me your questions prior to bidding and I will attempt to get back to you in a timely manner. I do try to describe my items up for auction as accurately as I can. I am willing to show the car on Sunday, April 19, 2015 but you will need to email me and make arrangements with me. I am requiring a $500.00 deposit on this sale within 48 hours after purchasing it. The remaining amount of money due can be given at the time of pickup. Please note that I do not have a Title for this car. Connecticut is not a Title state.
