Vehicle Detail

Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE 2004 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner Double Cab Features: 3.4L V6 Automatic Transmission TRD Offroad Package SR5 Trim Power windows and door locks Remote Entry Sliding Rear Window Air Conditioning Intermittent Wipers Cruise Control Tow Package Locking Rear Differential Alloy Wheels Aftermarket Modifications: Pioneer Stereo Receiver w/ CD, MP3, USB, Bluetooth, Hands Fee Calling. Additional leaf spring added to rear suspension to increase hauling capabilities. Fiberglass Cap w/matching paint and interior light. Maintenance: The timing belt and water pump were replaced at 225,000 miles by Foothills Toyota in Burlington, WA. Battery was replaced November 2014. I do not have copies of the maintenance records. Vehicle Summary: Single family vehicle, my father bought this truck new. This truck runs and drives EXCELLENT. Absolutely zero problems with the motor or drivetrain. Starts up and idles perfectly everytime. No check engine / warning lights. The truck was purchased and operated in road salt free western Washington State before moving to Connecticut in the summer of 2013. The undercarriage and frame of this vehicle are in good condition, with minimal rust for the age. The interior is in good condition. Some small scuffs on plastic pieces and two small tears in the vinyl below the rear seats. No tears or punctures in any of the seat fabric. Exterior is in fair condition. Numerous small dings and scrapes can be found. The worst damage is to the drivers door (see description below). There are no large dents or body damage. Known Problems: The fan position selector switch (to switch from defrost, vent, feet, etc) does not work, or light up at night (see picture). Luckily it is stuck in the Defrost position, which is the best place to be stuck. One of the 4 lights that light up the dash is burned out. You can still see everything just fine, but the right side of the tachometer is a bit dim (see picture). The drivers side door rubbed up against a cement pillar in a parking garage. It has a series of scratch marks from the encounter (see picture). Additional Notes: The Prerunner is a 2x4 configuration with the TRD offroad package. This is not a 4x4 truck. But with the offroad suspension and locking rear differential it is extremely capable. Thanks for looking, feel free to contact me with any additional questions. If you are in the area and wish to come take a test drive I would be happy to accommodate.
