DESCRIPTION For sale is a 1985 BMW 535i with 152,650 miles with a clean and clear title. Excellent example of this year and model. It is in great shape for a 30 year old car, showing little wear and tear. Please contact me with any questions prior to bidding. Serious bidders only please! DETAILSENGINE 3.4 liter 6 cylinder engine runs very well. Starts right up and runs smoothly. Just did a tune up with new distributor cap and rotor, new spark plugs, new drive belts, new water pump, and new fan clutch. I have driven this BMW up to 85MPH on the freeway and drives very smoothly on the road. No oil leaks. Does not burn oil. Oil level stays steady. Strong power from this motor. Clean coolant and all fluids are up to level. I have used this car daily and I would not hesitate to drive this car long distances. TRANSMISSION 5 speed manual transmission, no grinding or slipping. It shifts well with no issues. INTERIOR All original factory tan leather interior in excellent condition, carpets are clean and not soiled. The dash has small cracks on it. Headliner is in excellent condition. Very clean interior. PAINT AND BODY Body is in great shape with the Arctic blue metallic paint in beautiful condition, very glossy. No major dents. Does have a small ding on drivers side rear door and trunk, but above average condition of paint and body for age of BMW. Looks like it was repainted in some areas. WHEELS AND TIRES Tires are brand new Milestar MS932 Sports. All Season tires. 205/60/15 in size. These are excellent tires that are quiet and ride very nice. Great grip too. Great reviews online. BBS style 5 wheels from a 1995 525i are in great shape with great silver paint on them still. Had to replace the original wheels and tires due to being the metric sizes of 200/60/390. The original wheels and tires come with the car for those who would like to keep the BMW factory original. ELECTRICAL AND ACCESSORIES All gauges and warning lights are working correctly. The odometer is working correctly. Power mirrors work correctly. In dash factory cassette player works well. It has power windows and all four work great. A/C blows nice and cold! The power sunroof is working great. All power seat positions work correctly except for the power head rests. EXHAUST Original factory exhaust system that is in great shape. No rust or leaks.SUSPENSION AND BRAKES Brakes are 80% upfront and 60% in rear. Suspension is tight and rides great. It has new Boge rear shocks and front struts and has a solid feel. Drives smoothly on roads and has a very comfortable ride. It has a clean title and clean Carfax. California registration expires October 2015.
