Up for sale is my 1968 Ford F-250 4x4, 360 V8, 4spd, Regular Cab Long Bed. This truck belonged to my Vol. fire Dept since 1988 when purchased from another Fire Dept. In 1988 this truck had only 9,400 miles on it and now currently has only 23,400 miles. This truck has been well taken care of. This truck is a 99.1% rust free survivor (view pictures for proof of rust free %). This truck has been stored in a heated storage bay since at least 1988. All gauges are original. All body panels are original. All gauges work and properly. The motor runs like a top, but does leak oil because of worn seals from only being driven only an average of 500 miles a year for the past 47. The 4spd, with granny gear, shifts awesome. 4wd transfer case shifts excellent. All lights, including warning, work properly. All glass clean and no cracks. Tires are great, hold air, and not dry rotted. Heats works awesome in this thing! Has a few small dents here and there (view pictures). I do not have original bed and this truck did not have the bed when my dept. bought it. The brush fire pumping unit works and I believe is a 60-100 GPM pump, the tank is a 250 gallon poly tank. The flat bed is an all Aluminum constructed bed to help reduce weight on the chasis. The axles on the truck are Dana 60's front and rear with a 4:10 axle ratio. This truck didn't get there in a hurry but when it did get there it was a work horse!!! I have in my safe a clean Title for this great truck. SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY!!!!!!!
