2007 Power stroke E-350. This van is extremely reliable, has lots of power, and drives great. The engine and transmission are very smooth. There is currently roughly 199,000 original miles on this vehicle. Well maintained, with high quality oil. The 6.0L engine is a very reliable engine if well maintained, like it is in this case. This is a unique extended model and contains lots of space for cargo inside. The exterior is very appealing with only minor dings and small scratches. The interior is also in great condition except for a small tear on the right side of the drivers seat. This van also includes a large space heater/Air conditioner that’s connected to the left side of cargo space area. There is a minor problem with this A/C unit but can be fixed easily.
