Original owner here. Bought this car in '08 with 30 miles on it. I have made it my baby, but it's time to move on to something with 4 doors as I plan on having a family soon. Car is in excellent mechanical condition, meticulously maintained, with AMSOIL high performance fluids used at every change. Car has normal wear for an '08, small chips in the hood and bumper, couple of door dings from other people. Rides TIGHT, suspension is dialed and handles great. The exhaust is very quiet in comparison to the intake, so it doesn't sound like a lawnmower going down the road like so many other Hondas. Included with this car is the Hondata Flashpro Tuning Solution and software ($700), so you can easily re-program ECU back to stock or change the tune whenever you want. Also included is the official Honda Factory Service Manual ($200).
