One owner truck that has been maintained and cared for by a true car guy and only driven 12,500 miles per year. This truck could be put right on a new car showroom today and people would think it is a new one! Even the underneath is as clean on the top side. Never driven in salt or winter weather so you will not see and corrosion or rust as you will find on others. Never off road or driven on gravel roads. All highway driving and used as our personal vehicle. Even towels were put down right when the truck was purchased new over the floor mats so they are still perfect. Never smoked in nor any food as been in the truck. You might say we are very picky but have always been taught to take car of your vehicle whether it was a $5,000 one or $50,000 one. You cannot fully appreciate the condition of the truck until you see it in person. The pictures do not do it justice at all. Underneath all fender wells are free and clear of any dirt or debris. Engine compartment maintained just like it was new. The interior has never had any harsh greasy products such as armor all. The inside still somewhat smells new. Only the two front seats really have been used. No one seldom even rode in the back seat. As you can see in the photos the seats including the drivers side has no wear or really any flaws as you will see in most. The door panels have no scuff marks from your shoe or boot, steering wheel leather is not worn slick, and the entire paint, window glass is all excellent. You will not find one door ding or dent either. This truck was always the one you see parked way out and on the end spot. The wheels are near perfect with no chrome peeling, no scuff or curb marks at all. Even the back sides of the wheels are clean as they were always handed washed and scrubbed on back side when the wheels were rotated. The tires on the truck have just been recently replaced with the correct ones just like it cam with and they are GoodYear Eagle LS-2s All Season Blackwall Tires P275 55 R 20. The wheels on this truck are unique and seldom seen as they look similar to the old torque thrust style. These were factory optional wheels that cost an additional $1,895.00. The tires were installed at 67,250 miles and the truck currently has 75,267 miles. When the tires were replaced I went ahead and the the front end alignment done just as a precaution so there would be no wear on the new tires. Also the brakes were good but did have the rotors turned at that time. Just recently serviced and ready to go. The truck looks like it only has 10,000 miles on it and needs absolutely nothing.The inside of the bed has never been used. You will not find a scratch or mark in it. We did put the optional GM BedRug in the truck since new. I have seen so many of these trucks really abused and used. The truck does have the locking tool boxes on both sides of the bed for more storage. The rear seat does fold down to fully access the bed for large items making that nice if you were to haul something. The rear window is removable as well and fits in a nice storage compartment specifically designed for that. The truck is also unique as the rear pieces that are usually all black have been carefully removed, hand sanded slick as they are textured from the factory, prepped and painted professionally Victory Red to match the rest of the truck. You will not see this on any factory red avalanches as they were not available on this color. That option did not come until later in production. I have only seen a couple done like this but they were not sanded smooth and finished like they should be. This one looks just like factory done. It gives the truck a better look than the black finish. It is a sharp truck and turns heads. The truck has only had one owner and we purchased it new on September 30th, 2008. We have never had any issues or problems with the truck. It has never been in an accident nor ever had any paint work done other than the rear upper body panels to match the truck. We have serviced the truck regularly and all documents on oil changes, service history, etc. Always Synthetic Oil used. We did have the transmission fluid flushed and changed in December 2014 and a new A/C Delco battery was installed this past year. When not driven the truck stays in a climate controlled environment. The truck always gets waxed and polished regularly and maintained as it should be. It will be hard to find any nicks or chips on the truck as well as the front bumper and hood have been protected with the 3M Clear Film Paint Protection. This can easily be removed if desired but you do not even notice it there. The headlights are not distored or nicked up, and the front spoiler has no damage on it to. Just an all around extremely clean and excellent condition 2008 Avalanche. This is as close to a new one you could get. No Disappointments. All original documentation with the truck including the original window sticker, original invoice, original odometer statement, original dealer license plates, both sets of keys and remotes, original manuals, original navigation discs, service history, CarFax History Report, Original Purchase papers, sales brochure, all kept since new and go with the truck. I have achieved over 20 m.p.g. before with this truck. Factory equipped with a 30 gallon fuel tank and Flex-Fuel E-85 Compatible.
