Vehicle Detail

1936/1937 Chevy Master Sedan Here’s your next project. Most of the body work has already been done. The body is clean with very little rust and coated with black primer. I am selling because I have lost interest in the project and need the garage space. The body is a 1936 Chevy 2 door sedan. It is titled as a 1937, not a 1936. Because it is titled as a 1937 Chevy, I have listed as a 1937. The top has been chopped 3”, drip rails have been shaved, floor has been raised and smoothed, steering is mounted, running boards have been smoothed, fuel door and antenna frenched, deck lid smoothed, hood has been winged, hood sides smoothed, power trunk lid, interior wood has been replaced, and there is very little body work that needs done to finish the car. The frame has been totally boxed with tubular a-arms and Appelton power rack, with front disk brake spindles. Narrowed 9” Ford rear with axles (no center section) mounted with triangulated four link. Engine mounts and trans crossmember for small block chevy and 700R4. Custom made aluminum radiator. The front and rear suspension are set up for coil over shocks, but shocks are not included. Includes 305 Chevy from Classic Racing Series dirt car. This motor has some age but I am including so you have a motor to get started. Have garnish moldings (not chopped yet), headlight buckets and rough grill. Have valid title for State of Maryland. Wheels and tires are just for moving around. There is no transmission, no brakes, no plumbing, no wiring, no interior or no glass. To have the top chopped on a car this size cost over $4500. To box the frame, narrow the 9" rear, build the front suspension and raise the floor pan is in the $1000's. This car is being sold for local pickup only. If you want to ship it, you can make the arrangements and I will help your shipper load. $2000 deposit due within 48 hours of end of auction. Balance due by cash or certified funds at time of or prior to pickup.
