Single owner, no-smoking in vehicle, no exposure to snow or salt. One rear-end accident has been repaired. Some odor in car from latte splash if there is any water spilled inside. Car has been in the SF Bay Area since new from Honda of Fremont and has been maintained on a regular basis. All maintenance records are available. Most recent smog test passed in February of 2014. Front brakes replaced at 142,000 miles. Struts replaced in October of 2013 with Gabriel Ultra Shock. Radiator and heater hoses replaced in June of 2013. Clutch replaced October of 2009, 102,677 miles; also included axle seals, etc. Tires are GoodYear Eagle F1 GS-D3 replaced in October of 2013 at 140,026. Car is due for annual license in March.
