1968 dodge charger r/t with the famous general lee accessories, this is a true r/t car that came with a 440 from the factory although it now has a non matching 440 engine and an 727 automatic transmission, the rear end has 293 gears, this car came with factory air and disc brakes,( the air is not there now) this car has been garage kept since ive had it painted around three years ago, if its a r/t u want the stickers were put on after clear coat and can be removed as well as the push bar, antenna, and horn. the interior looks great, it was done before i got the car, lights and gauges work great, except for the light on the console,the radio is there but not working , with the oil and temp mounted under dash, the car has the american racing vector direct bolt wheels with nice tires, there were no rust issues on this car, it had one small spot the size of a half dollar under driver side floor that was fixed when painted, the car was already good and straight when i purchased it , i have the lens for hood turning signals in place but their not hooked up,driver side back wheel has a stud broken with the lug nut still on , this is a fun car to drive and gets plenty of attention, ive tried to explain the best i can, any questions just ask, a $500 deposit will be due within 48 hours of auction closing, and full payment within 7 days of auction closing, happy bidding and you wont be disappointed with this car, state of alabama only requires a bill of sale for this model car , if you live close enough i encourage you to see this car in person as it is very nice and clean, or i can email more pics thanks On Feb-05-15 at 16:10:42 PST, seller added the following information: ive been getting a lot of questions about the paint job, miles on motor, tranny etc the paint job is nice driver quality, i drive this often , i keep it very clean and garage kept, i ts not a museum car , its a beautiful fun car to drive, i havent noticed any dents or dings,although there is a little spider spot through the paint on hood that just happened while driving, the motor is stock and has i believe around 7k , the tranny shifts fine and has since ive had it, i would rate this car a solid 7 out of 10, and again its not a numbers matching motor or tranny , hope this helps, any questions just ask and if your near feel free to stop by and see ,its ready to drive home, thanksOn Feb-07-15 at 09:10:15 PST, seller added the following information: adding more pics that some requested, as i stated it is just a driver quality paint job,its not showroom, but it is very nice , i had bigger tires on the front and they scrubbed so i put smaller ones on front, on the right side where they scrubbed it separated the paint a little on the edge i will add picture to show, im posting pics from every angle because i want to be straight up and honest on this car,there is a pic of the hood that shows some small surface bubbles on tip of line in hood, , im only selling because i have other interest in mind. feel free to call and ask any and all questions,256-366-0032 the car runs and drives great, ive driven it to nashville several times.there are no big issues with this car.
