BUY IT NOW OFFERS WELCOME TOO! * Excellent daily driver * Passed CA smog test last month * 4 Cylinder VTEC engine purrs * Automatic transmission (freshly rebuilt 2 months ago, 3 month warranty expires 2-20-2015) * 139,000 showing on the odometer (TMU) * Power Sunroof works * Air blows cold * Seat are not ripped, dash is not cracked (carpets could use a little cleaning) * Sony aftermarket AM/FM/CD/MP3 input works * Originally an FLA car. CA car sincce 2010. No rust THE BAD: * CAN'T LICENSE THIS CAR IN CALIFORNIA - SOLD AS A PARTS CAR, OUT OF STATE SALE, OR BUY TO BUILD AS A TRACK RACE OR DRIFT CAR. No frame damage or any visable signs of repair in the engine compartment. All body panels look straight, undamaged and original. Might be a theft recovery, but was issued a Certificate of Destruction in Florida. This car has an 'interesting' story. Some how it got licensed as a clean title car here in CA in 2010. I purchased it in November 2014 after the DMV here in CA confirmed to me it had a clean title. I had the transmission rebuilt, then i had it smoged. When i went to complete the registration and get my tags....they gave me the bad news. True story, I have a receipt in my name and also a letter just received 1-26-2015 from the DMV explaining the title status...after i had registered it. Nice car....sad story. Now it's someone elses turn to give it a happy ending. * Tires have about 30% tred remaining * Passenger window does not go up or down * Drivers door armrest is broken * Hood is very oxidized * NO TITLE in hand * To the best of my knowledge that's all i can find wrong with this car.
