1972 Chevrolet Blazer K/5. 350 with turbo 350 transmission,205 transfercase, Dana 44 front with disc brakes, 12 bolt rear drum brakes,both axles are 3;07 ratio open.Engine is out of 1969 Camaro RS/SS 300 hp.4 bolt main with Speed pro forged flat top pistons "standard bore"with standard size bearings.has speed pro 1014R torque cam.Distributor is custom made from an electronic ignition Mopar as there were no electronic distributors that would fit in these engine compartments back in the day, works perfect. 72 cc open chamber cylinder heads for unleaded fuels runs fine on 87 octane.good low end power.Tires are 33-10.50-15 BFG Baja terrains on 1987 blazer ralley wheels.Rancho 4" lift kit.Has newer ABS fuel tank 20gals.Body's in good condition has had a few paint jobs in the past 30 years last one in 1998 still shines nice,has minor bubbles in doors and in the typical places for this year truck but floors are solid.Moldings were put on with screws cause everytime I took it out on the trail it was missing at least one molding,wanted to remove them all together but there it is. This is a Nevada vehicle and has been inside the last 15 years.The interior has never been touched other than a carpet kit and dash cover done in the 80's.Seats need reupholstered but are original and still have the rear seat.It has a full roll cage put in by drunk buddy back in the 80's.also has center console out of a 74 blazer.All gauges including factory tachometer work.Weather stripping needs to be replaced dried out and worn..Blazer runs and drives good, never worried about it on a road trip but it has been sitting around for a few years.The overall condition is good it is considered a driver not a show truck,people seem to crowd around it especially when the tops off.
