This machine has been in my collection for many years. The 1986 Fourtrax 4x4 is Honda's pioneer 4x4 ATV model, beginning their 4-wheel drive revolution. The Fourtrax 350 preceded the Honda Foreman model that is still in production to this day. This model has become Honda’s most collectable 4x4 ATV and this example will compliment any vintage ATV collection. This is a one-owner Fourtrax 4x4 with 870 original miles. It was purchased new here in Maine on July 8, 1986 from Reynolds Motorsport's in Buxton, Maine. It comes with the original dealer bill of sale, owner’s manual, dealer brochure, both sets of keys, and unused tool kit. This Fourtrax starts, idles, shifts, and brakes as it should and does not smoke. All rims are excellent and the tires are original and maintain air with no dry cracks. Tires have approximately 90% tread remaining. Gas tank is OEM original and in perfect condition with no rust inside or out. Plastics are near perfect with only a few very minor cracks around the bolt holes where the racks mount as shown. All decals are original and are in excellent condition. The seat cover is original and plush with no tears. All lights work as does the speedometer display light. All CV boots are excellent with no issues. HONDALINE ACCESSORIES: This Fourtrax comes with several OEM Hondaline accessories. An original OEM speedometer/odometer installed at the dealer. The racks were optional in 1986 and this was ordered with the complete rack package and optional front bumper. Also comes with the Hondaline front fog light grille guards and headlight guard. We have the original packaging for these accessories as well. I have fully serviced this Fourtrax to include a new carburetor kit, NGK plug, oil, oil filter, OEM air filter, and front/rear differential fluid flush. The muffler is brand new NOS/OEM Honda as these were still available up until last year from the factory. We encourage local interest to see this Fourtrax in person. This is a beautiful one-owner original example of Honda’s first-ever 4x4 ATV. This Fourtrax has had only one adult owner, was used very lightly, and has always been stored indoors. If you collect vintage ATV’s, this is a must-have, first-year example of Honda’s first 4x4 before it became the Foreman.
