“Strong and fast 2003 BMW 745Li with tons of space. 130K miles. One owner - bought new in 2003. Two sets of wheels and set of premium snow tires. "Emissions related fault" is the error, mechanics thought its due an old air pump but not 100% sure. Smoke/exhaust is emitted after 30 seconds of idle, not at start up. Other issues: Front driver side window has a toasted motor.
