Vehicle Detail
I have for sale a very desirable 1977 Pontiac Grand Prix SJ. This model is a highly optioned beauty with a few documents and original owner manuals. This southern belle was originally purchased in Adams ville Alabama. Original 400 V8, automatic, on the console AC car. Power disc brakes, power steering, power windows, tilt, Cruise, power factory buckets, console. Full gauges, great correct finish, and rare factory glass T tops. This car is a BEAST! I got her running and driving but she needs LOTS OF LOVE. The reason she needs attention is because I was told that she sat for three years. So if you’re a car guy you know how it is when these oldies sit for long periods of time. The good news is the fuel tank was drained when parked, so the tank was not full of bad gas, which always helps. I put a new fuel pump (just to be sure), oil change, new battery, and about 3 quarts of transmission fluid to wake her up after such a long time of neglect. “She’s a runner”! I ripped her up and down the street a few times which went well. She runs, drives, stops, but like I said she needs love. If you think you’re going to get in and drive 100 or more miles, GOOD LUCK! But if you want to burn tires down the street, turn a few wrenches and tinker with her this is the one for you. Most of the gauges work, some don’t, trunk release works, rear defrost works headlights brake lights and interior lights work. As you can see in the pictures it’s got some rust in the passenger quarter, trunk lid and in the back seat pans. I put her on the lift and the bottom was pretty solid as you can see, so she is not a complete wreck by any means. The rear seat and headliner is really good, front seats need love. Overall the car is cool as hell with the T tops, I am throwing in all the extra parts in the picture. The T- top weather stripping is pretty pricy, but it goes to sweeten the deal. If you have questions hit me up, as you can see she is what she is, my reserve is low, I have her for sale locally so if she goes I will drop the auction. Thanks for looking.
