Engine runs very well. Tires are good (only 25% worn if that). However needs front breaks very soon and rear breaks immediately (pads at wear sensors). There is rust on both rear wheel wells. In March 2012 a chick in a Mercedes hit the passenger side and caused body damage (see pictures). The Passenger Door, locks and window still work fine but the damage caused the insurance company to "total" the car because of the cost to fix the damage vs. the value of the car. However post the accident I have driven the vehicle thousands of miles without any issue (other than cosmetic). Engine light has come on recently. I have not diagnosed it. The inspection is good till April 30, 2015. I have changed the timing belt twice on this car but given its current mileage, it is ready for a new one. I would NOT recommend doing that because of the labor cost (unless you can do it yourself). I changed the timing belt the first and second time at about 110K miles and at about 215K miles. I am the original owner. I love this car but it needs a motorhead to return her to her original glory OR (god forbid) chop her up for parts. Please check out the pictures which will show other interior and exterior blemishes. I don't smoke (smoke free car) No reserve on this offer. You can successfully purchase the car at the opening bid. Car will need to be picked up in Stormville / Hopewell Junction, NY (no delivery service is offered). It runs good and you will be able to drive it but to be clear, the rear brake pads are at the sensor level so they will make noise when you drive it and need to be replaced very soon.
