1989 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce 2000 This Alfa is being sold with no further reserve beyond the initial listing price.We have ALL RECEIPTS from new including the orig. window dealer sales sticker (all records back to 1989). Two owner car. This car was bought by my father and myself about six years ago from the original owner. Great car, buy it and enjoy it. Selling because the folks don't use her, my sister doesn't need it, and I no longer use it all that often. This is a great way to get into a classic Italian auto that also is still reliable enough to use as a daily driver. Engine rebuilt 15k miles ago (new pistons and liners). Transmission has been overhauled, so no stereotypical weak Alfa 2nd gear synchro. New clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, and resurfaced flywheel (less than 1k ago). New rear main seal. New clutch master cylinder. Slave cylinder replaced around 15k miles ago. New brake master cylinder. New Michelin tires (less than 500 miles).New Interstate battery.Rebuilt adjustable voltage alternator.New air filter.Starter replaced about 15k miles ago with a remanufactured Bosch unit.A/C blows cool, needs a charge. Black canvas convertible top in very good condition. Leather seats reupholstered (in leather).This is a nice car that is a very nice driver. Nothing has been neglected mechanically, ever. There is no rust whatsoever. Car was orig. sold in San Diego.
