1964 Karmann Ghia Convertible, great project car. When I found the car 4 years ago. It was sitting in a garage for 25 years. The registration was from 1985. I put some air in the tires and rolled it out of the garage. The right front tire was frozen up, but freed up with a little WD-40. I never got started with the restoration. I have a new starter that needs to be installed. Before the original starter crapped out. the engine was turning over freely. I have two project cars going right now, one being a 71 Karmann Ghia convertible. I wanted to be a two Karmann Ghia family but the car would not get enough use to justify the expenditure. Good luck with bidding the reserve is lower then what I paid. I am the third owner, I know the person I bought it from and he bought it from the original owner.
