All Original 1984 Chevrolet El Camino SS, Low Original Miles, Rare Color Combination This is a super clean, all original 1984 El Camino SS, 305 V8. Second owner with 58k original miles. Options include a/c, cruise control, power windows, power locks, split bench seat and matching vinyl bed cover and new liner. I will have additional full size photos up shortly. Mechanical: The previous owner obsessively maintained it and has always been in a heated garage. Recent work includes a set of Pirelli all season tires, a/c retrofit and recharge last spring, full tuneup, new brakes all around as well as shocks and exhaust. When the a/c work was done the hoses and belts were changed as well as a new battery and alternator installed. Cosmetics: Very good original condition all around. The paint has a nice deep shine, the chrome and brightwork sparkle and the Ralley wheels look like new. Interior overall is excellent; door panels, rear panels dashboard / dash display, headliner and visors are all clean and close to perfect. The Camino has never had any kind of body repair and everything lines up perfectly. The floors, trunk and frame are all solid. She's never been out in the winter, not even surface rust underneath. The engine starts easily even after sitting for weeks and the garage floor is always dry when I pull the car out. It shifts smoothly, cruises nicely on the highway and handles well. Currently on the road, tagged and insured with a current NYS inspection sticker. I have it under my classic auto insurance for $24k, the yearly premium is $192 for full comprehensive. All the directional/brake/turn signal/headlights/brights work properly, as well as the wipers and horn.
