It is maintained by local Cadillac dealer for oil changes and other repairs. The front passenger glass comes down but sometimes will not go up, and sometimes goes up. There is a Service Engine light currently on the dash right now, Cadillac said it was triggered by a solenoid sensor. There may be other minor things to fix on the car, what I have given is my assessment of the car. I did not inspect the vehicle even though the current VA inspection is good till November 2014.
