Up for sale is my 1961 mercedes 190sl. I purchased this car a few years ago with the intention of restoring it as a driver to complement my other 190sl i was restoring to show. As you can see from the pictures,this is a very solid and complete car (You be the judge). This puts the other 190sl projects to shame. The underbody is very solid and original. It still has the original chasis plugs underneath, and the original battery tray is still very solid. Below are some of the highlights ; - Includes both Hard & Soft Tops - Hardtop headliner is still in excellent shape. No rips in softtop either. -Original clock. -Working 190sl becker Radio & Speaker. -Solex Carburetors. -Includes all keys ; Ignition,trunk, glove box & door (matching trunk & glovebox key). - toolkit, - Very good , straight and shiny chrome with no dents. Even the Cannister grill is STILL ROUND. Engine turns over freely by hand.I disconnected the exhaust header as well as the radiator, just in case i decide to restore the car to driver quality in the future Car is priced fair with a low reserve (No buy it now).
