2007 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited – Silver Lifted and Equipped! Priced to Sell!NADA used car value: $20,875 retail, $17,575 trade in!Clean Autocheck and Qualifies for Autocheck Buyback Protection (which is based on the NADA value)! No one wants a boring, factory Jeep. Even a Rubicon needs a few upgrades, both for performance and aesthetics. Why go through the hassle of trying to decide which components are quality and necessary? All of the expensive upgrades have been completed, so save yourself time and money. Climb into a Rubicon that has everything you want, without the headache of having to find and install it all (or pay someone else to do it – even worse). This one is set up right to get you across the country or across a mountain range! This is a 2007 Texas Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited that has spent its entire life in the rust-free south. It came to Maine last February (2014). It has been spared of harsh, car-killing chemicals used to salt the roads in winter. You won’t believe how nice this thing is underneath (and everywhere else)! It is free of any major rust with minimal surface rust underneath - appropriate for age on any vehicle (see pics). This is a well-cared for, rust free, Rubicon Unlimited, with an OCD owner that did everything the right way. It has no major mechanical flaws and passes inspection (in multiple states!) with flying colors. It has a few extra highway miles from traveling to Texas, but has been thoroughly serviced and maintained. This Rubi was preventatively serviced in July and received: oil/filter change, transmission fluid/filter change, differential fluid change front/rear, transfer case fluid change, 4 new balls joints (upper/lower on both sides), new tie rod with new ends, electric sway bar motor skid plate install, & 4 new Rancho MT7000 shocks. It runs and drives great and will make someone the envy of everybody they know! Save some $$$ and buy a great looking Jeep that fits the part! In order to be as honest as possible and prevent any mis-communication I will list any imperfections I perceive, no matter how insignificant. Normal wear and tear for the age is noted. Light surface rust on the undercarriage consistent with mileage. Hinges for doors have slight chipping and have been coated with black plasti-dip to prevent rust. Light scratches are noted in paint, but nothing deep or obvious. Seats are in good condition with light stains on the front seats and none on the rear. Neoprene seat covers were added for their waterproof properties and looks - not to conceal ragged seats. The outside rear corners are lined with bedliner (see pics). There is no paint/body damage or rust in these areas, this was done for aesthetics and to protect those areas. The cargo area behind the rear seat is also lined with bedliner. I will include the carpet that goes in there, although I removed it, as I feel that the bedliner is easier to clean. I replaced the tie rod and tie rod ends this summer (2014). The drag link is in decent condition, although I had planned on replacing the ends next summer. The interior roof of the hard top is lined with 3/4" insulation that is painted to match (see pics). It isn't perfect, but provides great sound deadening and heat/cold insulation compared to the thin hard top. These pieces are velro-ed in place and can be removed if wanted. Truthfully, they aren't very noticeable unless you're looking for them. The wheels are original Rubicon alloy that have been coated with black plasti-dip (as is common for jeeps). This prevents any damage to the original wheels, but allows for removal of the black coating later on, if desired. These wheels have had the coating on for 3 years without any chipping or peeling. The only issue has been with having the tires balanced - as weights are removed and re-installed after having the tires balanced, a small piece of coating is removed. This has been touched up, but I want the next owner to understand how it works (see pics). There are 2 very small dents (see the last 2 pics). One is on the passenger's side right in front of the front door. If you look at the second to last picture, I tried to get a shot of it. It is difficult to see and not extremely noticeable. On the cowl behind the hood there is a slight depression (look at last pic). This one is not very noticeable at all, but I wanted to point it out. The tail gate has a few dents at the bottom on the inside from the previous owner. I sanded these down, coated them with POR 15 and then painted them with bedliner (see pics). The high lift jack can easily be removed, as well as the mounts - if wanted. The jack has been on several vehicles and is a bit rusted. If the buyer does not want it, I can easily remove it and the mount.I set the price based on the possibility that the new owner will have to ship the vehicle, as I know this can be up to $1500 (depending on the distance). I recommend Earth Auto Shippers and American Car Transporters. I have shipped several vehicles over the years and have found that you get what you pay for and this can be an excellent or terrible experience. Do yourself a favor, if you're going to ship, and check the Better Business Bureau before booking a service! The two I mentioned are both A- on BBB, which indicates that they get it done and make it right. I offer this advice to prevent potential complications in this transaction. However, it is completely up to the purchaser to make all arrangements and payments for shipping or pickup. I am in no way responsible or liable for any damage or issues that may arise once the vehicle leaves my possession. I would highly recommend shipping insurance.A $500 Paypal deposit is required within 24 hours of purchasing vehicle. Full payment is required within 7 calender days of vehicle purchase. Please have all financing in place before bidding or buying vehicle. Once full payment is received, and cleared, arrangements will be made for vehicle shipping or pickup. Title will be mailed to the new owner.
