1972 Chevy Camaro Restored several years ago with the goal of building a fun yet practical daily driver.This camaro has undergone a full mechanical restoration. The entire drivetrain, suspension, and brake system have been overhauled using new stock and aftermarket parts. The engine is a mostly stock 350 4 bolt main of early 70’s vintage. It has been enhanced with mildly ported heads, Comp Cams roller tipped rockers, Comp Cams 268H cam and matching valve springs , Edelbrock performer RPM intake, 600 cfm Edelbrock carb, HEI ignition, and full length headers and a Flowmaster dual exhaust system completes the package.The transmission is a 700r4 with trans cooler, shift kit and B&M ratchet shifter. The rear end is a GM 10 bolt positraction with 3.42 gears.The suspension and subframe mounts, have polyurethane bushings throughout. Subframe connectors from Competition Engineering. New coil springs in front and new single leaf fiberglass springs from Vette Brakes in the rear.All steering components have been replaced including the steering box from AGR.The brakes were rebuilt using stock components and stainless steel lines.A Vintage Air AC system is installed and only requires charging. 100 amp 1 wire alternator.thermostatically controlled electric cooling fantilt steering wheel1 ¼ in front sway bar, factory rear bar available but not installedNew wiper motorFactory gauges including tachNew gas tank and fuel sending unitFirm but comfortable ride, runs on regular gasThere is some rust at the bottom front of the quarter panels and the windshield is cracked low on the passenger side.cash
