2000 Acura Integra Type R #0061First off, this is an authentic Type R. Highly desired by all Honda enthusiasts, you won't find another like it for a long time.. We have taken many pictures of it below and have loads of information about it. The motor and transmission currently are from a JDM type R with the engine code reading B18C. We have included pictures of the motor and transmission receipt, which totaled $4000+. We purchased the car out of Florida, and brought it up here to the northeast. It's life traces back to 2009 where the car was purchased by an enthusiast in Florida. It had 51k original miles. The whole car was stock and original up to this point. The owner at the time claimed that this Integra needed a paint job, but otherwise was solid. The motor and transmission were parted out of the vehicle and this teggy was sold as a shell. In June of 2010, it was bought by a fellow enthusiast (still in Florida) who brought this shell back to life. A B18C5 original swap was put back into the car, the interior was put together with all original R parts, DC2 Recaro JDM seats were installed tastefully, and this R was given a new professional paint job. After the car was put together and enjoyed for some time, it was sold to another enthusiast/dealer in the Florida area. From there, a B18C full swap was installed into the car by a professional Honda Tech and the car was enjoyed up to 76k miles. Here is a list of the savory modifications that this R has. -B18C motor and LSD tranny purchased from J Spec Auto Sports INC-JDM front end conversion-JDM-R champion white rims with new OEM center caps.-Red Recaro seats -Takata green racing harnesses -Kenwood touch screen head unit w/aux and usb. -Apex WS2 exhaust-Oem Stanley Rear Foglight-Rear sway bar Somewhere along the timeline, the car received and was issued a Salvage/Rebuilt branding. It was issued a legitimate Florida title and was registered on the road. It's a solid R. There is a check engine light on now for an O2 sensor. There is no hole on the exhaust for the O2 sensor so it's not that big of a deal. Due to this, the car cannot be sold in New York State unless you hold a valid dealers license. The car can be sold to anybody out of state! We can help load the car on a trailer with you or come pick you up from the Syracuse Hancock Airport and bring you to our shop. On Nov-05-14 at 16:40:13 PST, seller added the following information: We forgot to mention that the car has a Viper alarm system that has a remote. Once engaged, the car will sound an alarm if that door is opened or attempted to be started. You can not start the car until it is disengaged with the remote so it will prevent thefts. It is a great feature to have on this car! The hood latch does not work since it needs a JDM cable. To compensate, we have a hidden release cable to also help prevent un wanted theft.
