Up for auction is a 1970 Buick estate wagon that I bought about 8 years ago with plans to restore. I have had it in and out of the garage and at the time I purchased it I drove it from Rhode island to my home in New York and it drove great. The 455 starts right up and runs strong, transmission shifts well, probably could use a muffler, tires are not the best, paint is all original and needs help, the car also has quite a bit of rust. the interior is ok, headliner is good, rear cargo area is excellent ,looks as if it never carried any cargo .rear window goes up and down with a little help, driver rear door is stuck and will not open . This car has been off the road for a while and it is no longer safe to drive without first being gone over by a mechanic!
