Up for auction is a 2007 Chevy Tahoe LS Police Package 2WD SUV. This has the rare Special Service Vehicle (SSV) option. This is a ONE OWNER gov't fleet vehicle that has been routinely maintained since new. This was used in a rural area and not dented up like most city/urban vehicles. Options include: power locks/keyless, power windows, power seat, power mirrors, cruise, tilt steering, CD player, dual left/right climate control zones, privacy glass. SSV options include external oil cooler, external transmission cooler, power steering cooler, heavy duty brakes, high output alternator, and upgraded suspension. 5.3L Vortec V8 engine with automatic transmission. Condition Drivetrain Engine starts right up and runs strong and smooth as you would expect from a vehicle with fewer miles. 163k miles. 5.3L V8 engine with automatic transmission. Rear wheel drive. Runs like it has a fraction of these miles. No engine knocking, smoking, or dripping leaks. Shifts into and through all gears smoothly as it should. Has very powerful acceleration and cruises at highway speed. Smooth ride. Appears to have been a well maintained vehicle. Recent Service: platinum spark plugs, spark plug wires, knock sensors Exterior Paint has all of its factory shine and glistens in the sun as you can see. There are a few minor blemishes such as scratches, chips, and dings here and there around the body. The bumpers have some scrapes and marks. No major dents or rot on the body. There is some paint worn off on the bottom edge of the front fenders and right where the bumper meets the fender. There are some scratches left from decals being removed. Overall nice looking truck as you can see. The body is overall very straight. Please keep in mind this is not showroom new but in nice condition for a police vehicle of this age and mileage. Interior Interior is in good condition with minor to average wear. Dashboard is not cracked or faded. The seats are in overall good condition with minimal wear. The vinyl floor is has a couple wears spots in it on the driver side. Has the correct LED police dome light with red/white illumination. The rear partition and utility box will be removed at the customers request. Fresh and clean inside. Wheels and Tires · Tires have approximately 30%+ tread remaining. Factory steel police package wheels. I have test driven approximately 50 miles and assessed the overall condition of the vehicle to the best of my ability. It should be able to drive anywhere. Known defects have been noted, but there may be repairs required and additional defects beyond what is listed. As I recommend to all my customers, you should have your mechanic look over any newly purchased vehicle before extensive use. I have tried to list as many details about this vehicle as I can, including known defects.
