1976 CORVETTE STINGRAYNICE & BEAUTIFULTHIS CAR IS A TRUE KEEPER Hi Guys, What we have here is a 1976 C-3 Corvette... I bought this car from the original owners. This a numbers matching car that I have gone through every corner of and have detailed it the best I could. The only item I didn’t restore was having it painted. This car drives straight and true.. A real take anywhere car, with no excuses. The car has a rare color Metallic Brown a rare color for the C-3's I believe it was used only two years. This color looks fabulous on this model car. INTERIOR: All new correct leather seats in Buckskin. All new full carpet. Dash and door panels are originals and in very nice shape. Car has electric windows. Both doors were taken apart and tracks were lubed and cleaned. Windows work as new. All locks work. Gauges: All gauges work as they should. Except for the clock (never got around to it, easy fix) Speedometer and Odometer and Tach work perfectly. Needles are solid, no jumping around. Radio: Original 1976 Radio works as it should.Suspension: Gas shocks all around..Brakes: All new SS Brake Calipers and PadsGas Tank: All New Gas tank and new Fuel PumpTires & Wheels: Matching set of period correct raised white letter tires. With original Wheels and Caps.Exhaust System: Dual exhaust from engine all the way back in excellent condition. This was done when the car was new by original owner. This car has no pollution junk on it.Carburetor: Original carburetor was recently rebuilt by a professional shop and runs perfectly.Engine: All new Spark plugs and Wires with oil and filter change. Runs strong.Transmission: All new filter and fluid sifts as new.Mileage: Car has 85950.0 original miles on it. Cooling system was drained and flushed.. Temp runs normal even on a 95 degree day in traffic..no cooling issues Headlight hoses are all new.. Headlights work as they should.Front and Rear Bumpers: I replaced both bumpers with the new lifetime Flex bumpers. They fit real nice on car ( look and fit better then originals)T Top Car : I have original T-Top storage bag.. I have original paper work and shop manual that came with car and a full set of keys. These C3 Corvette’s are starting to raise in price and I believe will be in great demand in the near future. When ever I take this car out I get compliments. Many people remember these cars from the day and like the style.. They say to me “ That is the real Corvette” and I agree.
