First Stage Collectible 1924 Bugatti, has metal spoke wheels and bicycle type fenders. The reason it is the most sought after replica is because of the original design was difficult to get in and out of. This was the most accurate reproduction of the actual Four Million Dollar Race Winning Car. It wasn't built for comfort. This is more of a parade, car show, and museum type of vehicle. Very difficult to get in out of due to the orginal style metal fenders was built to race, not easy entry. Not like the many newer style replicas are built for daily around town fun. That's what makes this one the more desirable for collectors. The car is powered by the desirable VW. The motor was rebuilt prior to assembly, the mileage is unknown but is not many due to it not being a daily driver and this car is a museum or parade/car show vehicle. Due to the way of getting into the vehicle you must step into the cockpit onto the seat which shows wear, which is a small flat butt position of the seat and this could be very inexpensive to reupholster, but left un reupholstered for those who may want it for the originality.
