Up for sale: Last year made 1994 VW Corrado in Dragon Green. Head lights and fogs are good with no cracks. The dash looks good from what I can tell. If wipe it down with "True Green" cleaner and then apply a coat of "Wurth" or "Dash Away" I think it will look mint. The front seats in the car are good in spots and need work or replace in other spots if you want them better. They will never be perfect or as nice as the rear seats but they would for sure both require cleaning and heavy leather protection to try and bring back to a better condition. The head liner looks good but is dirty. That would need to be lightly cleaned to insure no damage. The hood still has some of the sound dampening padding but most is gone. The hood also looks like it was painted at one point as I can seem some red behind the sound dampening pads. The only part of the car that I saw red on was under the hood itself; everything else looks good. The carpets are really dirty. In my opinion they could be fully removed from the car, sprayed with degreaser and power washed at a self server car wash. Just make sure you don't get the power washer nossel to close to the carpet or it will damage it. The entire enterior has to come out starting from the rear and working forward. If you do that I think the carpet can look great. Attached are pictures of the car as I purchased it. It has been sitting in storage for months and has never been wahsed, cleaned up or vacuumed. The car has a clean Michigan title and has around 181,000 miles on it. The bads : - Passanger side door needs to be taken apart and hooked up right as it won't open due to a handle issue - Hood latch is hard to get the hood open with out two people as the passanger side gets stuck - Needs new battery - Small rust spots on exterior and under body as noted. - Missing rear carpet that goes over the spare tire - Missing muffler hanger rubber so it is currently wired up by the previous owner - Tires need to be changed. The car was originally purchased to fully restore but that has changed as I got in a bit deeper on a restore of my 1993. I have driven the car about 11 miles total since I purchased it in July; since then it has been stored. The car shifts well with no grinding. Seems to run well but that was based on an 11 mile round trip drive. The above discription is what I know about the car. If you have spceific questions I will "try" to answer.
