Highly optioned and rare 1972 Gran Torino Sport. Car is originally from California and it shows. Car is very clean with only minimal surface rust on the floor pans and maybe a couple bubbles on the body. I didn't see any bubbles on the painted surfaces, but it is possible that I missed one or two. Paint has a nice shine, but is only driver quality. As with most any 40+ year old cars it does have a couple issues. AC compressor is missing, so no AC. The heater blower motor doesn't run. Radio does not work. Rear defrost does not work. Rear power window motors make noise, but the windows do not move. Drivers door panel center is screwed to the panel. Drivers seat is torn and passengers seat has two small splits. Chrome on rear bumper has been touched up with silver paint. Trunk flipper is not currently on car. It needs to be installed. It does not have the red center. The 351CJ under the hood is the numbers matching engine for the car and the toploader 4 speed has the correct tag number. See pics. ENGINE COMES WITH ORIGINAL AIR CLEANER. LID WILL NEED RECHROME. PIC SOON. Engine runs strong and the trans shifts smoothly. The CJ has its original 4 speed only dual point distributor. The carb has been changed to a new holley with electric choke. Chrome Magnum 500 wheels are original 1972 pieces, they have nice shine, but are not perfect. The center caps are new reproduction. This car has a number of small defects, but nothing that would keep you from enjoying the car at your local cruise night. Car is very rare with almost every option.
