Vehicle Detail
Good running and driving Mustang GT convertible, 302 fuel injection, dual exhaust, good shifting automatic tranny, good working smooth power brakes, power steering (not the original steering wheel), very nice cruiser or easy restoration. The air conditioning comes on and blows cool, then starts to warm up, probably needs a can of R-134. Car has a fairly new top (power top with glass rear window) which is in working order, the car was originally white and was re-sprayed blue several years ago, it was recently re-sprayed in the same blue, shines well, but is not going to win any shows for best paint, that's for sure. The hood needs to be sanded and repainted, unless you just put another hood on it. The rest of the paint is acceptable. It's missing the luggage rack for the trunklid. The rear tires are new, although it's missing one center cap for one of the rims. Has traction bars on it too. The interior is fair, dash pad is cracked, seats are halfway decent, rug is not bad, fuel system is good and it has additive for ethanol protection in it. Some of the power windows work, while others need some coaxing, but I've had them all up and down. Not sure if the milage is right or not. The car does need some attention, but it's mostly the small stuff. The good points are: straight body, solid underneath, fairly new top, strong running engine and tranny. Car must be paid for in full within three days of the auction's end, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is due within 24 hours of the auction's end. You can have it picked up or you can drive it, to my knowledge it will safely go anywhere. Any questions, just ask, because I'm sure I forgot something. ATTN; I JUST FOUND AND REPLACED THE MISSING CENTER CAP FOR THE REAR WHEEL. The car now has all four center caps.
