Vehicle Detail

PLEASE NOTE IWILL BE UNABLE TO RESPOND TO EMAILS/QUESTIONS UNTIL SATURDAY AFTERNOON BECAUSE OF CANADIAN THANKSGIVING, I WILL ANSWER THEM AS PROMPTLY AS I CAN This is NOT a CONCOURS Jag, I want to be very clear, she is being sold AS-IS, and I am updating the condition with every question I am asked. I have done lots of work, but realize there is more to do, the vehicle IS 50 YEARS OLD and would like to know she is going to get that at her new home. 1964 Jag, but registered as 1965. Older restoration, she would make a GREAT winter project. Driven every few weeks, and located in the Kawarthas An appraisal was done, and valued at $10,000 (as well as certification in 2010 or so) Many new parts (front brakes, calipers and rotors) Stainless Steel Exhausts (twin) New Tires (wide whitewalls) Gas tanks BOTH removed and refurbished Many spares, trim, etc OTHER information as requested: She has the original engine, and matching transmission, also, the original 3 carburettors, I have removed them, cleaned the needle and seats, and replaced all 3 floats, but they need to be properly tuned. The front brakes, (calipers, rotors and pads) were new in 2010 when she was certified. The rear brakes were operational at that time, but I believe they need to be serviced, (disassembled, and cleaned) The automatic transmission should be drained, and refilled, as the shift from 1st to 2nd can be hard at times, but after a bit of driving in town, does smooth out. It does NOT have the original tool kit. The radio is not operational, but is original. The interior is aged, but as I recall, only has one split starting, I believe on the drivers seat. The oilpan seal, and power steering box seal should be replaced, (they do not drain the fluids, but they do drip) There is body filler (as noted in question area, on the DRIVERS side TOP of wheel well, you can see swelling and where it is chipped in one of the pics, and the paint is starting to bubble along the bottom of the drivers dise door, and the rocker panel, as I said it is I believe a 20 or so year old restoration.
