Here we have the last of my toys. It's rough and ready. You can drive it anywhere. Yes it's got some scars, and don't we all? Of all the Porsches I have owned this one tugs at my heartstrings. It is a long way from being a trailer queen and that is fine with me. If you are seeking, you have found one. The car sat in a garage for eons before it came to me. I passed the spooky house a zillion times not knowing the Porsche laid within. When the old people moved I took possession on a stroke of luck. There is quite a bit of work to be done here. A reputable bodyman will have to dedicate a sizable chunk of time to rehab this metalwork into a prized showpiece. The other guys will tell you to buy one that's already done and save yourself the heartache. If you're like me you won't listen. There is no certificate of authenticity. As the listing moves along I will order this paperwork, this car is for sale only for a few weeks anyway. There was a recent visit by one of the west coast's foremost authorities who gave the car 2 thumbs up and that the engine was "in range" of being original. The pictures do the talking and I will state there is rust under the gas tank, on the passenger rocker and door bottom, and on top of the driver's fender. The passenger fender was replaced as was a section of the rear area by the bumper. There is quite a bit of bondo on the front end. It was a crude fix. I live close to many experts that will stop by my humble garage. They know where it is. It is where the unwanted and forgotten relics are scoured up to become wanted once again.
