Selling my 1968 2 door Lincoln continental. The can runs and drives very well. Body is straight with very little surface rust, no holes or pits. Chrome is all there and in really good shape, I have only found one small dent in the front bumper. The vinyl top will need to be replaced due to cracking, peeling at the top and pulling loose around the edges. The interior is mostly complete (there are a lot of extra interior parts in the trunk). Motor has been replaced with a 460ci, MSD ignition and Edelbrock carburetor and intake manifold. The windshield is cracked but not to the point of interfering with drivability. When the car gets hot (summer stopped on I84 for 30 mins last summer) the breaks got really soft. I have already purchased the new break master cylinder which is in the trunk. Some interior electrical issues. I have designed and built a new drivers side switch pack to replace the intermittent OE version. The OE switch pack is in the trunk with many other extra interior parts. If desired I can also provide prints and specs for the new switch pack housings for the rest of the door switches (no extra charge). The car comes with a stack of old Ford repair manuals and wiring diagrams. Odometer reads 29,722 but there is no 100,000 position so it could be 129,722. Willing to accept non local offers but buyer will have to arrange shipping and handling . I will require $500.00 immediate down payment through pay pal and the rest of the payment within 1 week of auction close through pay pal or cashers check.
