Your bidding on a 1998 Land Rover Discovery LSE with 158 k miles. The body and paint are in nice condition for a 16 year old vehicle as you can see from my pictures the paint has plenty of shine left in it . The body is in nice shape it does have a few dings here and there but nothing that is earth shattering . The top of the door jams in both rear doors have the usual body rot it looks to me like it could be easily repaired .The interior is in great shape with the exception of two items the head line is loose in a couple areas but again not something that cant be repaired easily and the passenger side inside door handle is pulled away from its bracket. It does have dual sun roofs , power seats, power windows, all seem to work fine. The tires are about 50% worn but still have plenty of life left. I have driven the vehicle a few miles myself and it does run and drive it does have a check engine light on and I don't know what the code is again I am not interested in selling this vehicle as a drive it away normal sale . I am selling it as a fixer upper. I will tell you that it does start up run and drive and it does drive well but I am not interested in warrantying this vehicle in any way. This buyer had me transfer ownership of the purchased vehicle to his son who was under age and when he realized the insurance cost he wanted new paperwork that did take time to produce do to the fact I had to complete new title forms and the had to be mailed back and forth. NO FAULT OF MINE, Also the vehicle did have a skip in the engine that was revealed to him at time of sale and he had option not to buy vehicle . This buyer had blinders on and had to have this car for his son and didn't realize that it did need some work.Prior to this sale ALL of my customers have been pleased with there purchase and the process.
