We purchased this vehicle 12-1/2 years ago with the intent to rebuild it. That never happened. My husband started rewiring, but did not finish. Vehicle has been stored inside since we purchased it. When we last tried to start it, probably 8 years ago, it did start and run (we drove it around the block); however it has not been started since that time. WHEN WE PURCHASED IT, the seller indicated the following in his ad: Vehicle has new brakes, master cylinder, lines, hoses, shocks. It runs and starts great. It was professionally refinished. Frame and body are solid. It originally came from North Carolina and has 42,000 original miles on it. Engine is a 4 cylinder F-head with 3 speed on the floor and 4 wheel drive. Vehicle was tarped, and there are some rub marks in the paint. All glass is good. Vehicle is in pretty good condition and does seem solid, and is ready for rebuilding. Maybe you'll have better luck with that effort than we did.
