it's a 1941 rebuild project that i was going to do but health has stopped that. it is a complete car and has been stored in hanger since 2001 has a navy base sticker on front bumber no major rust any where has light gray primer on areas of surface rust. the car was parked in tack and stored when starter whent out a few items were removed and stored in trunk. but seems to be all there.to the best of my knowledge. so it is being sold as is.
