Up for auction is a beautiful 2002 Triumph Sprint ST motorcycle. This is the fist year for the 955i engine which was designed by Lotus Engineering producing 108 bhp with 955 cc. This motorcycle is finished in Triumph Tornado Red with custom airbrushing of British Union Jacks on each fairing. This custom painting was done by a Triumph technician at a local dealership and it is awesome! No matter where you ride heads will turn. When you come out to the parking lot be prepared to accept the compliments of the people standing around this motorcycle. It draws a crowd every time no matter how many Harleys and Ducatis are around. Everything else on this motorcycle is original. The Tornado Red factory finish is flawless. Bridgestone Battleaxe tires are in very good condition. Mechanically this motorcyle needs nothing. It runs perfectly and everything works as it should. This motorcycle has been regulary serviced/inspected by a local Triumph dealership and these service records will go to the new owner. PA inspection was just completed and good until 08/2015. I have done fluid changes and lubrication religiously before every riding season. This motorcycle has always been pampered, garaged and covered. Owner's manual, extra keys, Nelson-Rigg indoor/outdoor cover, and a set of Fieldsheer saddle bags are included. If you do your research you will find out that the Triumph Sprint ST is regarded as one of the best sport-touring motorcycles ever made. This motorcycle is an excellent example of the Triumph marque and Sprint ST model. I am a British motorcycle enthusiast too, and know what other enthusiasts expect. This motorcycle is the real deal and will meet and/or exceed all expectations of a future classic. You will not find a better sub $5k Triumph. This motorcycle is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. Local pick-up is available. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Taxes and fees associated with titling and registration are also the responsibility of the buyer. Motorcycle can be picked-up and/or shipped after a legal transfer of title has been executed and proof presented of same.
