Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is a 1967 Plymouth Belvedere convertible. It was hit in the rear back in 1995 and was never touched since the accident. It has a 383 2bbl. with an automatic on the column. I starts and runs but there are no brakes. The front seat sustained some damage in the accident. Check out the pictures, this car is extremely sold. There is some minor perforation on the floors but everything else is solid and original. There appears to be only one repaint. This car has the nicest front clip in the country! It was hit in the driver's side rear. It folded the quarter panel in about 18 inches but the door overlaps the quarter by less than an inch. Considering the era in which this car was built, it took the hit well. A session on the frame machine and a left rear 3/4 clip will make this an easy project. The trunk hinges folded right over and the trunk lid never touched the convertible top! The top still works and is in decent shape with only some minor staining. It still has the original radio and all the original hubcaps on 14" wheels. 2.94 open rear. This is one of only 1552 convertible Belvederes produced in 1967. I have the paperwork! Odometer shows 36K but I am not making any claims as to the actual mileage. It started up after 19 years with no smoke. Please ask questions, there is no reserve. I will not ship but will work with any shipper you choose to get the car loaded after payment is made in full. The car can remain in my yard up to 21 days after the sale. I'm sure I forgot something so don't be afraid to ask if you have any questions. I am using the hood that is pictured on this car but another one is included. It is solid but has some dents. All the letters, front trim and 383 emblem will go with the car. Do not wait until the auction ends and then ask me what I will take for the car. I have a very reasonable starting price and will not sell the car outside of ebay. I am not going to relist it either. Don't ask yourself "What's in my wallet?', ask yourself "Do in want to fix rot or would I rather fix crash damage?"
