For auction we have a 2002 Mercedes C320 . There is not a lot to say here , it is being sold as is , it runs and drives and has been used a long distance commuter hence the high miles you see . You jump in swing the key and go yes it still runs and drives , shifts smoothly and stops as well ! Brakes were fairly recently replaced , it has a matching set of tires with about 50% life left on them and the original alloy rims as pictured . This is no show car has surface rust at the bottom of the rear trunk that being the only rust that appears visible , it has a small dent on the front hood as pictured . The interior is ok , starting to show it age drivers side seat needs a new panel again pictured , the rest look decent and overall it is not bad , the hood liner is sagging but at the rear but this does not affect the rear visibility . Now for the quirky things , When you swing the key to the on position all the electrics work , windows , sunroof etc however once you start the car they do not want to work , I think the ignition key may need to be replaced at some point . The blower motor for the fan is not coming on , I have no idea what that is and do not intend to look either , the car was given to me to sell so I am making observations that I have noted as the owner now has a company car and needs the money quickly so I agreed to list it for him , I have a clear Maryland title in hand ready to transfer to the new owner . Again I am selling this as is where is , It runs and drives it needs work and is not perfect that is why the price is so cheap . If you are going to offer me $1000 please don't worry we will just donate it and take a tax deduction instead , however we would prefer the money that is why we have listed it . We can store the car for you if you need it to be stored or meet a transporter if you are from out of state and want it collected . It does run and drive so I guess you could drive it home as well .
