Available for bid is a 2008 Chevrolet Avalanche Z71. This vehicle is rear wheel drive and has the Z71 off road suspension package. It is fully loaded with the following options: rear parking sensors with audible alarm, back up camera, large LCD screen display for the stereo, navigation system, MP3 plugin, rear DVD entertainment center with factory flip down screen, XM / Sirius satellite built into stereo, CD player / changer, power sun / moon roof and GM dealer installed electric trailer brake. It also has the factory tow package however I have only pulled a trailer once with the truck. This vehicle also has special two tone black and gray seats which are rare on these trucks. The original front license plate frame and rear tonneau cover strap are still in original plastic (never used) and under the rear seat. The vehicle was purchased in Florida and has never left. There is no rust or damage to the vehicle whatsoever. The undercarriage is super-super clean. The vehicle is a very, very clean Avalanche. I am the second owner and purchased this truck from Register Chevrolet in Spring Hill, Florida. The vehicle has been serviced exclusively at Garber GM/Chevrolet in Green Cove Springs, Florida since I have owned it. This truck has the 5.3 V8 Flex fuel engine and it runs perfectly. It is an incredibly powerful truck and is excellent for long trips. The vehicle has accrued most of its miles on long trips to Orlando. You can see this by the condition of the truck, it has not been beaten up. When the vehicle has been outdoors it has always had sun shields in the windshield to limit interior heat. The tires are Michelin LTXs and they are in good shape, the vehicle had a service about three months ago at which time the oil was changed. The front windows have a slight tint which mimics the rear and keeps the vehicle cool during summer months. There are only two issue I know of the truck: a small crack in the dash board on the far right. And its very small. I was told it is a warranty repair since this happened to so many Avalanches. The second is a very, very small dent on the drivers side behind the rear tire. It's barely noticeable. Neither of these issues bothered me so I never had them fixed. The vehicle currently has roughly 97,800 miles and may vary slightly with test drives or to put fuel in it or the like. I will provide any and all maintenance documents I have with the vehicle. This is a very clean and excellent running vehicle however the vehicle is sold as is. I encourage any and all prospective buyers to come and test drive the vehicle.
