Great original 1992 Corvette Coupe (removable glass top).Purchased 3 years ago for my wife at an estate sale. It had been sitting for about a year at that time. Because it had been sitting, I went over it thoroughly and repaired, updated, or replaced several items. As a result, it runs and drives great. New Tires - Michelin Pilot Sport A S Plus 275/40 ZR17. They have 9000 miles now and look almost new.New ShocksNew BrakesNew Fuel Pump and Filter - Dirty fuel from car sitting.Cleaned Fuel Injectors - Also from dirty fuel.New DistributerNew BatteryReplaced Heater CoreProfessionally repaired worn driver seat bolster from people getting in and out.New MufflersUpgraded A/C to new compressor standards.This is my wife's car and neither of us has abused it in any way. We are both non-smokers. We drive it about three times a week and it is a great daily driver.Known Defects: Needs windshield seal replaced. A few drops of water when going through a car wash.Right rear top fiberglass panel has fading. The panel may need repainted (see picture). Scratch next to gas filler cap (see picture). Paint chip next to battery panel (see picture). Otherwise normal wear and tear for a car of this age and mileage. Known Quirks: When unlocking the doors, the key usually needs turned CCW first and then CW to unlock. Neither the Dealer nor I have any idea why. After putting gearshift into Park, the shifter needs pulled back slightly before removing the key. This should be just a minor adjustment to linkage. Oil changed recently with Mobil 1 Synthetic Oil. At that time the mechanic commented on how clean the car was underneath. Always garaged until about a month ago when I ran out of garage space. NO Warranty of any kind. Also listed locally, so subject to prior sale.
