I am the third owner of this beautiful Champagne Edition Super Beetle. The first two owners were of the same family. The vehicle has spent its entire life in the pacific northwest. 21,078 Original Miles with numbers matching engine and chassis. Have documentation from VW Museum in Germany identifying vehicle options and verifying original engine. The vehicle has undergone a thorough reconditioning, using original equipment parts where available. All glass except windshield is original. Rear window includes auto defrost. New top, headliner, and interior have been installed. Mechanically the vehicle runs and drives excellent. New brake shoes and wheel cylinders have been installed on both front and rear of vehicle. New spark plugs, cap, rotor, and wires have been installed. All five tires are brand new, installed by Les Schwab two weeks ago. The stereo includes a dual voice coil in dash speaker. This allows stereo sound from the factory speaker location, no unsightly holes cut into door panels to mount heavy speakers. This is an excellent example of a original champagne edition super beetle. Each U.S. dealership received only one champagne edition super beetle in 1977. Roughly 1000 of these vehicles were produced total. This vehicle is rust free and ready for summer cruising. Upon completion of auction a $500 non refundable deposit is due within 48 hours. Cashiers check is preferred but PayPal is acceptable for the vehicle deposit. Remaining balance is due within 7 days of auction close. Remaining balance is to be paid by cashiers check or cash. Title will be held until the check clears. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements, should the vehicle be shipped. I will make the vehicle available for pickup as necessary to accommodate the vehicle shipping or pickup by the buyer or the buyers agent.
