1963 Rambler American. Mild custom rod. 2 door hardtop, 98,600 miles, Totally rust free car. Body is dead straight. Floors, rockers, and trunk are rock-solid,. Original 6 cylinder flat head engine and automatic transmission run excellent. Drum brakes and emergency brake work great. New custom black and tangerine interior (has original headliner). All glass and windows look and work perfect. Body painted Hot Rod Black. New Coker wide white wall tires. Doors and trunk close solid . Shaved door handles. All dash gauges work except gas gauge. Awesome weekend cruiser, daily driver, or whatever you like. Drives great !! The only things I know it needs is a radio, vacuum wiper motor, heater core and headliner needs repair or replacement. Title will be Bill of Sale and the present Connecticut registration which notes prior title number and origin info. I was required to hand in original title to register car but Connecticut will not issue new titles for vehicles prior to 1981. (CT General Statutes Section 14-166). CT DMV did note all title info on registration. The car is presently registered and insured. It is located in Barkhamsted Connecticut (Northwest CT)... Inspection and Test Drive are welcome and encouraged. I am retired so I am around most any time to accommodate a visit and test drive..
