I could only temp fix with wire & clamp ... the 1st vid was shot after this and you can hear this noise disappeared ....as well as the belt squeaky which was from getting wet the day before when I drove it home from AC tune up ... also notice I got most of that tape residue off ... clay bar get the rest This is a Great Deal fore the motor head in the house ... if I kept Her I'd have to get to the next level .... fuel system upgrade & fuel cell ....4 link suspension .... Rear Disc Brakes .... Brembo's in the front ... Roll cage ....4.56 Gears ....150 NOS ....on n on ....but that's just me !! I purchased the R/T with 35K miles in 2004 … present mileage on drivetrain & truck is just over 90K ….Original 360 5.9 Magnum was removed at 73K …put into storage …than installed 408 Stroker Block in Jan of 2009 has just around 17K on the 408 Block as of July 2014 VIN 1B7GL22Z7XS122091 Clean Title In Hand !! The Stroker is a mild build with Comp Cam 220/224 .515/.515 Grind I believe …. I have the original eBay PayPal receipt which show the $1900 purchase price fore the short block ... 2009 prices ... the builder out of Houston TX .... his eBay ID is .... 1951herb ..... you can search his active listings in advance search .... with +1300 positive feed back ... I mean Come On ... don't get no better !! Supercharger is long gone ....as is KRC .... Original Grill near perfect & the Original Hood is need of paint but is solid ...extra TBI and other spare parts SO .... YES that the Original 5.9 Engine block & Heads, Cam, Torque convertor ... PLUS the 408 Stroker Engine in the truck ...YIKES that’s a DEAL !! I COULD PART HER OUT AND MAKE MORE THAT WHAT THIS WILL SELL FORE !!! · SCT Tuner with 408 Tune X-2 Calibrator, original Box & Receipt ... TCI Deep Aluminum Pan …$1000 New Have the original Dakota Torque Converter as well, PI Box & Receipt !! · JBA Long Tube Headers with Ceramic Coating & Breslin Header Bolts … not the cheap short ones …these are impossible to find …very expensive $$ · Steel SFI Damper … Race Ready … not cheap like $300 new · 4 Core Aluminum Radiator & LARGE Trans Cooler ... Flex O Lite Electric Fan ... Keeps Her Nice n Cool even in our Hot FL Summer Heat · Mellings HV Oil Pump · Screaming Demon Coil & Davis 13mm Purple Spark Plug wires with glass braided heat sleeving · Detroit Locker which is not installed ... was gonna add 4.56 gears too the ass-end be …just the locker no gear set …but these run $300 used all day long · Shaker Fiberglass Hood & Functional Scoop ... impossible to find ! Needs new K&N filter as well as top plate ... fits just needs smaller size ...Also have the original Hood which needs paint as is faded, scratch & chipped from outside storage BUT the Original Grill is in real nice undamaged clean condition · Cuda Style Fiberglass Pan & Cuda Tips · Electric Slide Rear Window · Fiberglass Tonneau which has some issues ... the old locks wore out and removed leaving the hole which needs fill & paint frame has small break which needs weld but it opens & closes as needed ... left side shock needs replace · Viper Remote start Alarm works fine has box & manual .... 2 controllers but the chargeable one doesn't charge I replaced the battery but still no charge ...don't have another charger ...but the back up remote works fine ...locks & unlocks ... remote starts engine · Alpine ipod ready head unit with 6 disc cd changer and Sony Xpold speakers in rear ... Polk fronts & tweeters · Boyd Coddington Magneato 18" Rims which need a good polishing & the center caps could be replaced to look even better … hard to find · Rear Tires are 295 45 18 Front Tires are 255 55 18 … they’ll hold up fore a bit put should be replaced …showing small crack sidewalls …hold air strong ... The Spare is on an original RT Rim with Good Year Eagle which is BRAND NEW Hotckis Front Coil's ...never installed ...but lots of front end suspension has been replaced B Body in decent shape ...nice shine on the Purple Amethyst Paint ...... last painted in October of 2008 ... I have lots of photos before & after ...thru the years small chips & small scratches but over-all super clean when waxed up ... the walk around video explains alot ...small key nicks on drivers side as the lock actuator needs replaced ....roof need of clay bar ... tonneau as well ... but I figure when the new owner has the lock holes repaired and touch up paint applied be a good time to touch up the roof as well ...but that's up to the new owner P Accident Report .... JUST after the Paint Job !!!! ... wheel molding scratch, scrapped & small ding rear panel p Center Console needs new lid ... driver door electric lock works but not with key bob ...needs new motor makes the dreaded noise which most Dakota owners are familiar …drives electric window works put is slow n tired …easy fix Seats in good shape ... driver side has few small burn holes ..all else OK ...Rug could use a good steam clean ...roof header is really goodA/C works good blowing cold air Truck IS a STRONG Runner someone is gonna get a Good running Street Truck ... she can turn some rubber !! ....
