Vehicle Detail

This is a NO RESERVE listing. This is my beautiful 1976 Chrysler Cordoba in excellent collectible-quality condition. This is a collector's-quality, investment-grade classic 1970's icon car. This is the car that represented everything about the 1970's- it is a substantial, ornate, heavy, powerful car with outlandish style. What a cool car! This Cordoba has the very rare, and very 70's factory "Castillian Jacquard" patterned fabric upholstery. This was in place of the "Corinthian" leather, but in my opinion, this interior makes much more of a statement. This interior makes the car, in my opinion. I took this car to a classic car cruise-in last week and it was the star of the show. Everybody commented on the car and kept bringing their friends over to show them the wild interior of the car. If you are a shy person this may not be the car for you. Everyone asks questions about the car and gives you the thumbs-up while you drive- everybody loves this car! This car hasn't been hacked up or modified and still looks original in every way. This car is original right down to the factory radio which still works great. This Cordoba is solid, clean and looks very good. The paint is in very good condition overall- it is an older repaint and it has held up well with an excellent gloss and shine. The body is totally clean and solid in every way- this is a super-clean exterior and body for a nearly 40-year old car. The vinyl top is clean and isn't ripped or cracked. This car is solid underneath and the bottoms of the doors, trunk lip, etc, all are clean and solid. The car has been undercoated and this extends to inside the engine bay. The interior of this Cordoba is all original and in superb condition. The Castillian Jacquard fabric has turned out to be exceptionally durable, and it looks outstanding in this case. The carpets are very decent and look good, and Castillian Jacquard even extends to the headliner which looks great. This interior is clean and and looks very nice. This Cordoba starts, runs and drives very well. The 400 V8 engine is smooth, quiet and powerful. The automatic transmission shifts perfectly. The brakes and suspension are good and the steering is tight. This car drives very well and it is comfortable around town or on the highway at 70 mph. All of the gauges work including fuel gauge, oil pressure, engine temperature, odometer and speedometer. The tires are nearly new. There are no known mechanical problems- you could drive this car anywhere to my knowledge. This car is a smooth, powerful and comfortable fun ride! This Cordoba has the following equipment and options:400 cubic inch Lean Burn V8 engineautomatic transmissionpower steering and brakesoriginal AM/FM radio (works great)factory A/CSport Top t-bar dual panel sunroofwire wheel coverscruise control (works)I also have the original books, owner's manuals and warranty booklets plus the original owner's service records up to 50,000 miles. You can drive and show this car exactly the way it is. It doesn't need any work, nor is it a project of any kind. This is an unrestored car in very good condition, not showroom condition of course. This is a 1976 car and as such it is not brand new. Please expect normal issues of wear and tear consistent with the age of the car. The following is a list of all known defects, no matter how small: There are some dings in the chrome wheel arch trim pieces. There are minor and normal exterior defects here and there throughout the exterior. There is what appears to be a minor valve cover gasket leak. The clock does not work. There is some wear on the interior door panels that appears to have been improved with dye. The horn does not work. The center caps on the wire wheel covers are missing. The air conditioning system is fully intact and present but does not blow cold air, probably a service and retrofit to R134a would get it working again. This car is kept in my garage in Willoughby, OH. You can fly in to Cleveland (CLE) and drive this car home. Alternatively you can have the car shipped, please call Angels Moving Autos at 530-245-0481 for a shipping quote. Questions, please email me or call/text John at 440-339-4341.
